Amy Zignego has been with the National Fluid Power Association for 4.5 years. In her time with NFPA, she has gained experience in workforce development through NFPA’s programs including school grants, student scholarships, community partnerships, student/industry connection events, and by maintaining relationships with NFPA members and educator partners. As the Director of Tech School programs, she is focused on advancing fluid power education programs across the country and connecting students to industry members for internships and jobs. She is passionate about reaching students in underserved communities to help them become aware of all the different career paths that the fluid power industry has to offer.
